Black vase-shape with white horns, painted with two scenes from Ovid’s Metamorphoses. One scene depicts the princess Io in her temporary guise as a cow; the other shows the abduction of Europa by Zeus in the form of a bull. The sides are decorated with offerings of flowers and fruits.
